VidizzyChat asks for camera and mic access when your first call starts — tap Allow. Hit Block? Chrome: padlock icon → Site settings → Camera and Microphone → Allow → reload. Safari on Mac: Safari menu → Settings for This Website → set both to Allow; on iPhone use Settings → Safari. Phone setup tricks sit on the VidizzyChat app page.
One app at a time owns your camera. Close video apps and browser tabs that might be holding it, then reload. Still black? Test the camera in another app, then try a different current browser — VidizzyChat lives in the browser, so that's usually the culprit.
A match needs a real girl online at the same second, so quiet patches happen. Tap next again, or come back at a busier hour — US evenings are fullest. Narrow gender or region filters shrink the pool too; widening one notch often ends a dry spell.
Video eats bandwidth. Sit closer to the router, pause downloads in other tabs, and turn off any VPN — detours add delay. Lag on one network but not another points at the connection, not VidizzyChat.
Sign-in and reset emails come from our no-reply address — check spam first. On a new device, use the method you registered with; Google and email sign-in create separate accounts. Locked out? Write to us through the contact page from your account address.
Coins usually land within a minute — refresh, then check for the payment provider's confirmation email. Nothing after fifteen minutes? Mail [email protected] via the contact page with the receipt and your account email.
Every call has skip, block and report on screen — one tap each, no explanation needed. Skip ends the call, block stops them matching you again, report hands the case to human moderators. Missed the button? The contact page reaches the same team.
The browser asks when your first call begins — tap Allow. Hit Block? Open Chrome's padlock icon, set Camera and Microphone to Allow, and reload.
Mac: Safari menu → Settings for This Website → set Camera and Microphone to Allow. iPhone: open Settings → Safari, allow both there.
Another app or tab is usually holding your camera. Close whatever might use it and reload; failing that, try a different current browser.
Matching needs someone online at that exact second. Retry shortly, aim for evening hours, and widen gender or region filters if you narrowed them.
Refresh first — purchases can take a few minutes. Past fifteen minutes? Email [email protected] with your payment receipt and account email.
Tap report inside the call, next to skip and block. Human moderators review every report; repeat offenders lose access.
