The short version
VidizzyChat puts two strangers face to face in a private video call, and a format like that only works when both people feel safe inside it. These guidelines are the agreement every caller accepts by showing up. Break them and your access ends. You must be 18 or older to be here, and this page works together with our terms of service. No moderation team can sit in on every call as it happens — which is exactly why the report button, and your own judgment, are part of how this place stays decent.
Respect the stranger on your screen
Every match is a human being with a bad-day quota of their own. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and demeaning someone over their body, race, religion, gender or sexuality are all grounds for removal. Girls-first matching only stays worth having while the calls stay worth taking. Not feeling a conversation? Skip it. That button exists for exactly that — leaving politely is never a violation.
No nudity, no sexual content
Calls stay clean, full stop. Nudity, sexual acts, and sexual propositions toward a stranger are banned — on camera, in text, and dressed up as a joke. VidizzyChat is a place to meet people and talk, and plenty of callers are simply here for good company. A first offense can also be the last one.
No scams, no asking for money
Never request money, presents, gift cards or crypto from a match — and never send any to a match who asks. Do not steer people toward other sites, links or products either. Someone raising money in the opening minutes of a call is reading from the oldest script on the internet. The correct reply is three taps: end the call, report, move on.
Recording or exposing a match is banned
Every call is a private moment shared by two people. Capturing it on video, grabbing screenshots, restreaming it, or posting the other person's image or identifying details anywhere breaks these rules — and in many jurisdictions, the law. Handle every call the way you would want your own handled.
Under 18? Zero tolerance
VidizzyChat is strictly for adults. Anyone who appears underage is removed and referred to the appropriate authorities. Sexual content involving minors is something we actively detect, delete and escalate — no warnings issued, no second chances given. If a match strikes you as underage, end the call and report them on the way out.
See it? Report it — here is what happens next
When a match crosses a line, do not argue, do not play along to gather proof, and do not repost the incident elsewhere as a warning — that multiplies the harm instead of stopping it. End the call, block, tap report. Three seconds, and a human moderator owns the case. Every report is read by a person, not a filter, and outcomes scale with severity: a warning for a first minor slip, a temporary suspension for repeat behavior, a permanent ban for anything serious. The gravest cases — minors, threats, illegal content — skip the ladder entirely.
Believe a ban was wrong? Appeal it
Moderators are human too, and context occasionally gets lost. If you believe an action against your account was wrong, email [email protected] from the address on your account and explain what happened — a different person re-reads the case, and genuine mistakes get reversed. You can reach the same team through the contact us page. And for the practical side of staying comfortable with strangers online, our safety tips are worth two minutes before your next call.
