What this policy covers

This page explains what information VidizzyChat collects when you visit the site or use the video chat, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It sits next to our Terms of Service, which cover the rules of using the platform itself.

What we collect — and what we don't

No account to start. You can open VidizzyChat and get your first match without handing over an email address, a name or a password. Browsing and matching work before any sign-up exists.

Camera and microphone. A video call needs your camera and mic — that is the whole product. Your browser asks for permission, and the stream only runs while you are on a call. Deny the permission and nothing reaches us or anyone else; you can still look around the site.

Google sign-in. If you choose to create an account with Google, we receive the basics Google shares: your name, email address and profile picture. That is what keeps your profile, follows and call history attached to you across devices. We do not get your Google password.

Cookies and analytics. VidizzyChat uses cookies to keep the site working — remembering your session and preferences — and Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages people read and where they drop off. Analytics data is used to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles.

What we never do with your information

Your personal information is never for sale. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone — and we don't rent it out or trade it either. The only outside services that touch your data are the ones that keep VidizzyChat running — hosting, sign-in and analytics — and they process it on our behalf, under their own strict terms.

Your video calls

Calls on VidizzyChat are live streams. Video and audio travel in real time between you and the person you are matched with, relayed so the connection works — not recorded and not kept in long-term storage by us. When the call ends, the stream ends with it.

Two honest limits to that promise. First, the person on the other side can always screenshot or record their own screen — treat every call like it could be saved by a stranger, because it can. Second, if a call is reported, our moderation team may review the report context to keep the platform safe. Our safety guide goes deeper on how moderation and blocking work.

Your choices and your rights

You can use VidizzyChat without an account, decline camera access, and clear cookies in your browser at any time. If you did create an account, you can ask us to delete it along with the personal information tied to it — email your deletion request to [email protected] from the address on the account, and we will take care of it. Adults only

VidizzyChat is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed. If you believe a minor is using the platform, tell us at [email protected] and we will act on it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how VidizzyChat handles data, this page changes with it and the current version always lives here. Anything significant will be flagged on the site rather than slipped in quietly. Keep using VidizzyChat after an update and the updated policy applies to you.
